To register and use the Regal33, you must meet the following requirements. Acceptance of these terms is a mandatory condition for opening an account.

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being frozen.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date. Regal33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
• You must register in your own name only — not on behalf of another person or corporate entity. Accounts cannot be transferred to another party.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential your account. Regal33 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.
• Accounts that are inactive for more than 12 months consecutive periods may be subject to an administrative fee or termination once notice has been given to the member.
